The Shop
The shop is open from 9am to 5.30pm Tuesday to
Saturday and does not close for
lunch. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE
CLOSED ON SUNDAYS & MONDAYS.
Please phone before
making a long journey to see a specific instrument or specialist. Directions
to the shop are at
the foot of this page. The shop closes at 5.30pm, if you wish to
compare different
instruments, which can be very time-consuming, please allow plenty of
time for this
purpose as our staff will normally expect to leave on time!
Directions To The Shop
PARKING
There is a free public car Park in the shoppers car park on Nightingale Road next to the Esso garage (less than 100m from the shop). It is also possible to park in Radcliffe Road.
HITCHIN
Hitchin is 32 miles north of London, 3 miles off the A1(M) (Stevenage
north turn off, exit
8). The shop is 5 minutes walk from Hitchin station and there are
usually 3 trains per
hour from Kings Cross, the journey takes 35 minutes.
FROM LUTON (M1/A505)
From the M1 take the Luton Airport exit 10, follow signs to Hitchin.
Once in Hitchin
follow signs towards Letchworth, we are just before the Esso garage on
the left, near the railway station.
FROM STEVENAGE (A1)
From the A1(M) take the A602 (exit 8) to Hitchin. Once in Hitchin
follow signs for
Letchworth A505. We are just before the Esso garage on the Left, near
the railway station.
FROM CAMBRIDGE (A505)
Take the A505 to Hitchin, take a right turn straight after the railway
bridge, we are on
the right just past the Esso garage.
